We invest up to £1m in equity capital. We only invest in business where we can add value from our experience. This covers strategic development, sales and marketing, board and team development, mergers & acquisitions, exit strategy and execution.

We work with management teams in developing business strategy, business planning and strategy. Our mergers & acquisition experience covers not only the transaction phase but also implementation. |

MBO's and Syndicated investment
Having gone through Management Buyouts we understand the challenges that management teams face, from initialising the project to making it a reality.
We work with prospective MBO teams to assist them in all aspects of the process, including raising capital. This typically will be done on a consulting basis where we receive fees or equity for our work. Our initial meeting is always on a no obligation basis.
For larger investment projects we work or network of venture capital companies on a co-investment basis or organise a syndication through our network of high net worth individuals. |
